In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the following companies have violated my rights as a consumer : XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XX/XX/XXXX 15 USC 1681 section 602 ( A ) states I have a right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604 ( A ) section 2 states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. There must be written instructions by me ( consumer ) to have anything written on my credit report and I never gave authorization for that.
