My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and the following complaint has already being filed with the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I live in the XXXX Ky area and in the months of XXXX and XXXX I made use of one of the city toll bridges, Honda Financial Services XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX TX as the leasing agency received the {$4.00} each toll fee bills from XXXX XXXX and failed to notify me as the leasing customer, causing the bill to turn into a Violation Fee for up to {$68.00}. It was not until XXXX, 6 months later, that Honda Financial Services sent me a letter informing me about the existence of such fees. Then, I contacted XXXX XXXX the Toll Bridge Agency, to initiate a process that was supposed to pardon or reduce my toll fees, as they understood that I never received such notices. However before that process could be finalized, Honda Services went ahead and without informing me, payed the {$68.00} toll fee, abruptly interrupting my fee forgiveness negotiation with XXXX XXXX. In less than a week then Honda sent me another letter demanding me to pay back the {$68.00} that they ''had to pay '' on my behalf, then i proceed to file a complaint with Honda XXXX since, they not only failed to informed me about the bill causing for the same to turn from {$5.00} into {$68.00}, but also disrupted my process of toll forgiveness with the XXXX XXXX agency by suddenly paying the bill when they knew that i was trying to dispute it. Honda has given me no explanation as a customer on why my claim was denied, as I tried to dispute this besides '' it was management decision '', no explanations on why i was not informed of the incrementing XXXX XXXX fee when they had 6 months to do it, why i never received an email, a phone call or a letter. Honda just waited for the fees to turn into a violation notice that could even have affected my good credit history, and not happy with that Im being held accountable for their poor customer service, poor management, poor communication and mediocre performance.
