I see on my credit report these accounts are unverifiable invalidated in accurate and very much so questionable if everything is not reporting 100 % accurate it must be removed which it is stated in the FCRA 15 US Code 1681i last time I read it the law is the same. There are inquires on my credit report that do not belong on there, according to 15 U.S.C 1681b ( c ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( B ) ( i ) ( 3 ) In Section 1681g ( a ) ( 5 ) of this title, a consumer reporting agency shall not furnish to any person a record of inquiries in connection with a credit or insurance transaction that is not initiated by a consumer. I did not authorize or give CONSENT to anyone employed by the this company to make any inquiry and view my credit report. Further more I did not GIVE any kind of instructions to report this ALLEGED inquiry on my credit file. 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) PERMISSBLE PURPOSE OF CONSUMER REPORTS I did not give any written permission for these companies to place inquiries on my credit report this is not right ... FDCPA Section 807 Violation Misleading False deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt. The account must be removed!
