Consumer Narrative
I currently have mortgage insurance on my mortgage account. I have enough or even more than 20 % equity in my property however the current lender refuses to remove mortgage insurance of my mortgage account without making me to refinance. They called me to ask me to do refinance cash out since I have more than 100K equity but when I asked to remove mortgage insurance they said i dont have enough equity. Ive been calling and trying to reach out numerous times but they keep transfer me around and cant give information. They dont even give me an option to actually do an appraisal to check on the value of the property.
