My mortgage was transferred from XXXX XXXX to Mr. Cooper. I have a loan payment due XX/XX/XXXX but Mr.Cooper is unwilling to accept payments till XX/XX/XXXX. If I paid my loan on XXXX first as I intended to, my principle balance would be reduced on XX/XX/XXXX and therefor the outstanding interest due on XX/XX/XXXX ( for the month of XXXX ) would be less. XXXX XXXX will not accept any payments after XX/XX/XXXX. I will, because of no fault of my own, be charged more interest for the month of XXXX than I would have been if I was able to make my payment on XX/XX/XXXX. This is wrong and unfair. Additionally I called Mr. Cooper, talked to XXXX different people and explained this to them and they told me I was wrong and I cant make a payment till my loan is transferred over. If I am wrong then I am being overcharged interest based on the outstanding amount of my loan after the date I make my payment.
