I had an XXXX XXXX XXXX did not submit the claim to my insurance company. Sold the debt to the collection agency. Collection agency XXXX provided me with an itemized bill in months so I can submit to my insurance company. There has been multiple attempts to get the information and they keep giving me credit derogatory marks and refuse to remove them. They also said that until it is lid, they will keep damaging my credit.
