I received a bill from Omega RMS LLC for the amount of {$240.00} informing I owe a bill to XXXX but the strangest thing is I have an open account and pay this company every single month was informed that all bills owe was discounted and restarted account with XXXX balance. I never got a bill after this from the company and they informed me not to worry about any new bills for I am directly debited from this company. This is clearly a mistake that needs to be fixed immediately. I have been a customer for more than XXXX years XXXX
