Discover supposedly sent funds in account ending in XXXX, the amount of {$140.00} to XXXX XXXX on or around XX/XX/XXXX, I believe in error, as well as the amount of {$690.00} also sent to XXXX XXXX around same date. It is now XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX has not issued a check for either amount or any amount for that matter to date. It appears XXXX XXXX is unable to locate either payment amount in their system, payments appear lost at this point. I've spoken with numerous reps in XXXX XXXX Executive Office as of today, XX/XX/XXXX, unable to locate any payments detailed above. The amount of {$690.00} represents a fraud claim in which case, funds go to issuing bank, XXXX XXXX. The amount of {$140.00} represents partial remaining funds in Discover account which should have been sent to myself, not XXXX XXXX... Discover may deny this is an error, will not admit fault, however, funds are not part of fraud claim amount and should not go to XXXX XXXX Additionally, as stated before, XXXX XXXX has not sent a check for either amount or any amount to date..Discover needs to reimburse for lost funds.
