During a divorce my ex wife totaled her car which was financed with XXXX XXXX the car insurance was with XXXX XXXX also, the divorce was in XXXX and XXXX in XXXX autovest sued and garnished my check stating they owned the debt in XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me to make sure that no other insurance was on the car at time of wreck because they were in the process of filing a claim on the totaled car.
