On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a form letter from The Receivable Management Services LLC stating they are a debt collector. The form letter stated I had a XXXX XXXX account and as of XX/XX/XXXX, I owed {$3900.00}. I have never had any account with XXXX XXXX. This debt is not mine. RMS also listed an account number for XXXX XXXX, and a reference number for The Receivable Management Services LLC. The RMS form states I have until XX/XX/XXXX, to dispute the debt, and stop collection on any disputed amount. Once again, I have had no dealings with XXXX XXXX and this debt is not mine.
