I contracted XXXX was hospitalized, I there were some discrepancies that happened with my business account due to my daughter accidentally using the wrong card in her effort to assist me as I was unable to handle my affairs or return to work. It took me a while to recover from the effects of XXXX. I am trying to restore my business and open another account due to this one being closed. I sent payment with the most recent communication I received from the debt collection agency as well as communication via email. On XXXX I called to verify if payment was received, and it was verified they received it on XX/XX/2022. The representative stated it was sent to original creditor. I asked for communication regarding receipt of payment as well as closure regarding the collection as the balance has been received and paid in full. I also sent communication in writing via email, and received no response. I was told by the representative that I had to wait 30 days, of which did not make any sense as the account has been resolved with payment in full. I am trying to establish another account so I can conduct business and I need written resolution an closure regarding this debt as it was an account closed associated with my business. .
