The credit bureaus whom aren't bureaus at all have falsely listed the wrong accounts and statuses to accounts on my credit file. XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax are companies not bureaus and they have no rights but I do. No consent or permission was given to allow them to furnish any of the information they have listed on my credit file and I want it all corrected. To prove they have no rights and I the consumer require that they follow the consumer laws under 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( b ) Furnishing A Consumer Report Without The Consent Of The Consumer or be prepared to pay for every violation I can find under Title 15.
