I made my {$40.00} credit card payment on the second of this month. I have evidence to show it came out of my bank account. I get a email saying my card is behind on payment today and my new balance is up from {$260.00} to {$400.00} just because of late fees and service fees. This is twice they have hit my with late fees when I always pay my bill on time. I have screenshot proof that this was an error and they are unwilling to change their mistake. It's the Milestone credit card. I did close the card account but I still want to just pay my bill and be done!!!
