I received an email with Ally Bank , Inc promoting the Do it right Initiative. I sent an email on XX/XX/XXXX asking about the initiative and how they address loan rates with people of XXXX. Due to the nature of the message, I was told to call them. I called the customer service number, and after 45 minutes of being transferred no one was able to answer my question because they had no knowledge or access to the email system. I searched online and found a member of Leaderships email in hopes to ask about this new initiative. I was assigned a representative who gave me the runaround, which included an incorrect phone extension, and when requested and email account to a mean email. I emailed a member from the executive team again and that is when the representative fall back up.After almost a month, the representative did not answer the question about the do it right initiative, no provide any updated information regarding interest rates and people of XXXX. I was sent a letter in the mail with all of the information that I already had access to you. They put no effort into attempting to find a resolution.
