On numerous occasion, I have requested to have erroneous payment status removed. On several occasions, I have asked XXXX and Experian to remove this data and it has not been removed. I have included examples showing where each credit bureau is reporting a different delinquency for the same account and my example was ignored as well as the information that I requested from them in the allotted time. I have attached a second letter detailing once again what I have asked for over and over. Each credit bureau should be reporting the same consistent information. In the first letter that I sent I asked you to send me several items. I have attached the first letter and a follow-up letter. I am also including the evidence removed. I also want the temporary update freeze removed from my account. As a consumer, I have a right to dispute inaccuracies between the credit bureaus as much as I choose. I provided evidence and it was ignored. I would like to have the disputed data removed because it is not consistent and it is incorrect.
