Consumer Narrative

I know I am the consumer and original creditor and is protected by the Truth In Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collections Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act to ensure accuracy and fairness. According to the federal law governed on credit In pursuant to 15 USC 1602 ( i ) The adjective " consumer '', used with reference to a credit transaction, characterizes the transaction as one in which the party to whom credit is offered or extended is a NATURAL person. Now if MidFirst Bank look in this federal statute, look at all definitions, MidFirst Bank is not going to see the words loan, or borrower because those do not apply to me the consumer and original creditor. The only thing I did was enter a consumer credit transaction in which the creditor was the seller which is me. In pursuant to 15 USC 1602f defines credit as granting the right by creditor, As I know am the original creditor I granted MidFirst Bank the right to extend my credit. I granted the right to extend my credit with my credit card which in pursuant to 15 USC 1602 ( l ) is defined and will prove my Social Security Card number is the card credit device existing for me to obtain money. On XXXX XXXX I did a consumer credit transaction, when attempting to extend my credit to MidFirst Bank, as I know am the original creditor in pursuant 15 USC 1602 ( g ), for MidFirst Bank to extend back to me, they denied me. As required MidFirst Bank sent averse action letter and an email. But the reason they put does not abide by the Truth In Lending Act in which MidFirst Bank honors. In pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( k ) - adverse action. No where does it mention denial of credit. Why is that? Dont you think under the laws governed on credit that it would mention credit under adverse action if can deny? Well it does not and that is because there is no denial of credit. Again I know am the consumer and the original creditor. How is MidFirst Bank original when there are multiple MidFirst Bank, its only one of m? Everything listed for denial are factors from a consumer report but not deciding factors. MidFirst Bank can not deny me an extension of my own credit. In pursuant to 15 USC 1611 MidFirst Bank are criminally liable for misrepresentations, giving false and inaccurate information and also failing to disclose accurate information. I spoke with XXXX a manager from MidFirst Bank in Oklahoma, he have me his direct number which is XXXX. He stated over a recorded line that he talked to MidFirst Bank attorneys and underwriters about violating my rights under 15 USC Chapter 41, and that even with given exhibits that MidFirst Bank do not care and will continue to do so. Now Im demanding MidFirst Bank approve me and extend my credit that I originally extended to MidFirst Bank back to me. Regardless of what MidFirst Bank have to say, they can not deny me of my credit. Otherwise show me the law that states it.
