Since XX/XX/XXXX, I moved outside the XXXX for work related reason. During all this years I was living in XXXX until XXXX. During this time I came to US for leasure for a week or two and then returned to XXXX. During this time I had a mailing address and during the COVID days, since the restrictions came into effect for traveling I was unable to go to USA and my last time here in XXXX was XXXX and I returned back to US last XXXX. During this time I stayed in XXXX and never requested any loan or financing for any company or lender. So, in XXXX last year I received unwanted letters from two Collectors company : one XXXX XXXX XXXX, representing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX n. for the amount US {$4900.00}. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to XXXX claiming the account is not mine and Im being a victim of fraud/crime and they still claim the account is mine. I never borrow any money or did any business with them on the amount above. I requested documentation and also the contract with my signature and they never sent to me. The other company XXXX XXXX XXXX is the second company claiming that I owe them, and they are representing XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX aka XXXX XXXX both of those companies are credit card services with XXXX. The amount they think that I owe them is XXXX {$4100.00} and also I sent a letter to this company last XXXX. I requested documentation and also the contract with my signature and they never sent to me. I have to say that during this time I couldnt access my credit report from outside of USA because the companies ( XXXX, experian, and XXXX XXXX ) they have restricted/prohibited to access their websites from outside of US. All I have to say that I never BORROW OR FINANCED anything in the past 10 years and Im being a victim of Fraud/Scam from whoever used my ID without my consent. I requested the 3 credit report companies to have those illegal claims removed from my report and it was denied because they till believe this accounts are mine and they are NOT. Because of this Ive been denied credit to by an auto ( auto-loan ) and possible purchase a home but because of my credit score I have been declined many credit cards application and this is affecting my life on a daily basis. I hope they understand that Im in a good faith and fix the problem ASAP. I have proof that I wasnt in USA during the time they approved those credits and never authorized anyone to borrow or finance under my name and social security number I EXPECT THEY REMOVE FROM MY CREDIT AND GET MY NAME AND SCORE REESTABLISHED Also I filled a Police Report at the sheriffs office of my county
