Hello and thank you for your services, I'm contacting you with some trouble that I'm having with XXXX XXXX XXXX from an urgent care facility that has since been turned over to a law firm that the collection was sent to. First and most importanly, this bill was not acquired by me but someone else who apparently stole my wallet and/or information to open this account.and secondly they have charged my credit 2 times in the same day for the same service but a {$1.00} difference between the two amounts owed and seperate account numbers, so I'm assuming they double billed me for services rendered in my name.And the third problem I have is its supposed to be illegal for them to pay a collector to come after me, and the third problem is medical is not supposed to be on my report.I super appreciate your help and expertise you can offer.
