Convergent Outsourcing has sent me a debt collection letter on a debt that has been proven unverifiable recently and deleted from my consumer report in the past. this debt is from t mobile who used a different collection company in the past to try and collect but was deleted from my report and now sent this unknown debt to convergent outsourcing. company has not provided me with any details in regard to this account and is in violation and I will take further action if they do not cease there debt collecting acts
