Consumer Narrative
On three different occasions I tried asking Capital Accounts for proof I owe this debt. I've asked them to verify and validate the debt they say I owe with a contract that has my signature and they continue to only send me a itemized bill in return. They are being deceptive by claiming I have asked for an itemized bill when they no that's not true. They are also raising the initial debt every other month in interest fees. I asked them to provide any XXXX forms that I signed, treatments I received or anything that might connect me to this debt and they still haven't.
