I am requesting Capital one to remove this charged off account from my records due to identity theft. I have filed this complained and stated that account was opened due to identity theft. Capital one has advised me that they received payments from XXXXXXXX XXXX account ending in XXXX which was opened fraudulently under my name as well as from XXXX XXXX. Both XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX accounts were opened using my identity and fraudulently. Those are not my accounts and all payments that were made from mentioned accounts were fraud. I understand Capital one is matching my contact information, social security number date of birth however I was a victim of Identity theft and this account along with other accounts from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX were opened due to the ID theft and fraudulently. I need Capital one to remove this account and update my records immediately. please note the accounts you are referring were opened fraudulently and those aren't mine as well. As previously stated i was a victim of identity theft and during that process there were multiple checking accounts opened with XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX as well as credit cards. Please remove this capital one account from my records and report accurate information once again those payments that were processed through XXXXXXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX were fraudulent accounts and they are aware of it. Thank you
