Hello, the company involved is https : //www.fayservicing.com/ they are the lender that holds the note/loan for an investment home that I have in Texas. They have been un-responsive, un-reachable, and have NOT taken the money out of my account for my monthly auto pay for my mortgage. Also when my loan was taken over by them, the original lender XXXX paied a {$2200.00} escrow shortage. Fay Services did not recognize or see this payment, and made it for a second time on their behalf. They then added the {$2200.00} to my mortgage for me to pay. I had to call the original lender XXXX and get documented evidence that this was paid. They then said they would reach out to the county and it would be handled somhow. They then told me they would lower my mortgage to take care of the adjustment. Again NO money or auto pay has hit my account. I have no idea what is going on. My mortgage is late on the XXXX, and hasnt been paid this month as I can not get ahold of them.
