I have been a capital one customer since the beginning of time and have always been a good customer. I usually pay all my cap one accounts online. I have never known to pay any other way. On Saturday the app kept glitching shutting down on me throughout the day and the customer service hold time was more than a hour. I was finally able to pay the minimum balance due online on my due date and was still hit with a late fee of {$40.00}. You can not charge me for a late fee when I paid online on the due date. Its not right or fair. Capital one should be ashamed of themselves trying to further Put me in debt. I want the fee waived and off my account. I tried contacting customer support and they were all rude and unhelpful
