The following collection account does not belong to me : *MRSBPO/Acct # XXXX - This is a collection account that I am unaware of and have requested validation from the creditor and no validation has been provided. I have previously tried disputing this account on several occasions. The original creditor of this account is being reported as XXXX. I currently have an open and active account with XXXX that I am currently paying on-time. I don't have any other previous accounts with XXXX, nor is my account in a collection status. Furthermore, I wouldn't be able to continue my services with XXXX, if I owed a previous balance on a closed account that was sent to collections. This account needs to be PERMANENTLY REMOVED from my credit file. If the collection company insists that I am the rightful owner of this alleged debt, please provide me with validation, proving that I in fact owe a balance to XXXX. Please provide me with the name and contact number for the original creditor, a breakdown of the balance I allegedly owe and the original contract that was signed. I would also like to be provided the first date of delinquency and the last activity date on this alleged debt to ensure this account belongs to me and is accurate.
