I received an adverse action notice in my email from westlakedirect.com that I had been denied for a loan. I never applied for a loan with this company. I have tried calling this company several times. I was told to call XXXX but no matter what option I choose, I get a message immediately that no one is there to answer. I have had to freeze my credit with the credit bureaus. There was a file attached called an adverse action notice telling me that I had to use the last 4 digits of my SSN as the password. I did not open the document.
