Since the CFPB prematurely closed out my previous complaint without reading any of the documents PNC Bank provided, I am submitting this new complaint as a response to the original complaint, XXXX. Please see the attached Waiver of Escrow form that shows no acknowledgement of a fee associated with the waiver of escrow nor there a dollar amount given for the not agreed upon waiver of escrow. This is the original document PNC Bank has on file. PNC Bank, please note that if you refuse to comply with the original agreed upon terms of my mortgage as shown in the attached document, I will be taking this to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. There you can pay a lawyer to explain to a overtly consumer friendly judge why you feel you are entitled to charge any fee you wish in accordance with the overly broad language in section 14 of my mortgage contract. Im sure your shareholders will be glad to hear that you expended so much of the companys resources to fight a {$750.00} illegitimate fee you are trying to charge me. All the best, XXXX XXXX
