Equifax failed to conduct a reasonable investigation into my account. ( Dispute Confirmation Number : XXXX ) In accordance with the Fair Credit Report Act everything should be XXXX percent accurate on my credit report with all three bureaus. The credit bureaus have responded to my disputes stating that my accounts have been properly investigated and verified when they have not been investigated or verified at all. They could not have been properly verified or investigated due to, incorrect opening dates reported, date last reported inaccuracies, dates last active inaccuracies, as well as last payment dates that are completely frivolous. Also, in violation of section 623 not all of the accounts that I have disputed, notates " consumer disputes account ''. This is grounds for removal, and my rights have been violated.
