When I tried to access my online account there was a message that I had to call the credit union for assistance. When I called I was told that there was a permanent block on my account because of returned ACH transactions. I told them that there should have been only 2 ACH transactions that I authorized or imitated. One with XXXX XXXX which was returned due to account frozen and a transfer from my XXXXXXXX XXXX account to bring the account back into a positive. All other ACH transactions were done by the credit union without my authorization probably again to XXXXXXXX XXXX after they already knew that the account was frozen. Now I'm being penalized for repeated returned ACH that I XXXX not authorize nor was informed about. My funds in the account have been brought to a negative because of repeated attempts to perform an ACH with XXXX XXXX that was once returned for account freeze that has been on the account since XX/XX/2022.
