Hello, I have submitted all my paperwork for a loan modification and the company keeps saying I need to resubmit the same documents. I asked if I can pay my loan down and they said not until I am approved for their loan modification. It has been months and my credit score keeps dropping drastically because they are reporting missed payments at Shellpoint.
