This credit reporting agency continues to report adverse information on my credit report without my consent. I have requested several times from the Credit report agency to remove un-verifiable information from my report. They have not complied to my demands or provided proof that the information was verified. Which is a violation of my consumer rights. I am asking for the help of the CFPB to assist me with this credit reporting agency as they are willfully not complying and violating several Federal consumer laws with no consequence and negating proper compliance investigative procedures when a CFBP complaint is filed by simply closing my complaint by stating we will mail you the results. CFBP stop allowing this credit reporting agency get away with this. There no compliance has caused me great hardship and I need your assistance immediately to ensure they comply and follow federal consumer laws. I request they provide proof of evidence via CFBP immediately!
