I am XXXX XXXX XXXX recent widow, I applied for credit in the amount of $ XXXX. XXXX XXXX would not approve me, yet they have an account listed on my credit report that says it was still open, this should have been taken off after a bankruptcy in XXXX ( XXXX Yrs. ) ago. I have no credit cards, but pay cash for what I need. My credit reports lists me as excellent in paying on time ( I pay XXXX every month for a mortgage they say I don't have ), I have a paid receipt from the county for property taxes paid by ME on property that is valued at {$250000.00}. They say they will generally approve if you have a credit score of XXXX, my scores are XXXX. The XXXX bank say they will accept bankruptcy if is over XXXX years old, mine is XXXX years ( husband was on bankruptcy ). Debt to income should be over be under XXXX mine is under XXXX. I have paid a car lease and now buying care w/co-signer ' and have never been late on house payment nor the car lease or purchase. XXXX Bank ( also XXXX XXXX ) is the servicing bank for numerous lending institutions, when XXXX XXXX denied me credit they automatically rolled it over to all participating lenders which guaranteed me a no. Basically, I have assets over {$250000.00}, I have no outstanding credit cards, ( other than the XXXX XXXX XXXX didn't remove and is inactive ), Capital sent me a form letter that listed all their products, too many to count, that I was not entitled too. At XXXX XXXX XXXX there is no evidence that I will not live to repay my loan. If, unfortunately, can't pay for death or health reasons, I have a house in my name that can have a lein put on, My income is {$3300.00} a month. Other than normal living expenses my one and only obligation is the house {$780.00}. and car {$330.00}. The only thing I don't have control of is XXXX XXXX XXXX, I am healthy, active and have all my facilities.
