For the last year and 1/2 I have been disputing incomplete bankruptcy reports on all three of the bureaus. Relative to in my frustrating I decided about a few months ago to take it up notch and dispute with the furnisher XXXX XXXX. With ease and appreciation, they remove the files without hesitation. They sent me a complete report of the investigation reflecting removal. Right along with a copy that I sent a copy of letter with court in questions stating they did not verify said entries to the bureaus. With frustrating the said they were verified after their investigation, ask for verified proof of such thing. Honestly with continue frustrating they gave me nothing at All. Further got document for XXXX XXXX update of my report where they could look on it, on top of that hard copy of the page stated THERE ARE NO BANKRUPTIES REPORTED. Sorry for my yelling for moment. they still did nothing. They totally still to refuse even a brief description on how they come to this conclusion. They get continue to make tell lies and commit fraud on my ACCOUNT. I have gotten continued amount of denied credit because of Bankruptcies that do not belong there.
