I have reached out to Equifax and disputed these accounts several times and they are insisting on not removing them. I have requested validation of these debts several times to support their supposed verification of the collections. I have not received any validation of these debts they are reporting against me. It is now very evident that Equifax is violating my rights and are not acting in accordance with both the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practice Act.
