First Im a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX veteran and BSI Financial services purchased our VA mortgage. After checking BSI has NOT updated our mortgage information on all three bureaus thus dropping our credit score drastically. Unfortunately we can not afford to change lenders at this time after we were forced into using BSI financial services due to interest rates have increased beyond our financial capacity.
