EXPERIAN is reporting inaccurate information on my consumer report in regards to XXXX. According to the FCRA if the information being reported isn't 100 % accurate then it must permanently be removed from my consumer report. Pursuant 15 USC 1681e ( b ) it is the responsibility of EXPERIAN to report completly accurate information on my consumer report. If the information is disputed by the consumer is proven to be inaccurate then the account must be removed immediately. XXXX is reporting it as a charge off and EXPERIAN is reporting it as a collection account. This is not consistent and accurate reporting, therefore EXPERIAN is breaking the law by reporting the account on my consumer report.
