After 3 months ( XXXX, XXXX & XX/XX/2021 ) of not getting service or any response to my numerous email requests I notified them via email and on my bill that I was no longer going to use them and asked them to pickup their 3 empties and reimburse me for them. In XXXX a XXXX supervisor by the name of XXXX ( ph XXXX ) finally stopped by and apologized for the lack of service and help requests and explained that the company had huge staff problems. I told him that I would no longer use them and gave him my 3 empties worth {$6.00} each. Since there were 3 XXXX said they would refund me {$18.00}. Not only did I not receive the {$18.00} but XXXX has continued to bill me for services not rendered. XXXX owes me {$18.00} plus interest.
