I have spoke with XXXX and told them at the moment I can put pay anything because I dont have the money at the moment to pay them. I told them once I have the money I will contact them. Now I see that they have proceed to collections. I was not told that. I was told someone will contact me to discuss the issue I have. The representative for enterprise gave me false information and now Im seeing that this amount is going to collections and its stressing me out. Why would they do that and not even tell me or warn me!
