I have filed numerous disputes, and complaints wit TRANSUNION credit bureau, and have gotten no results. I am a victim of Identity thief, I have file a federal trade commission report, a XXXX XXXX police report, along with a copy of a letter from the united states Marshall services stating my personal information was breached. I have also filed this same complaint and dispute with the other 2 major credit bureaus XXXX and XXXX and my file was corrected the results were the accounts were deleted. Its seems like Transunion refuses to abide by the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, AND THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION ACT, and there laws and guidelines. These fraudulent and inaccurate accounts need to be removed as stated by statue 1621 B.
