I visited a XXXX car dealership in XXXX XXXX, NJ called XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX NJ XXXX ) on XX/XX/2022 and saw a XXXXXXXX XXXX. I've contacted them again in about 3 days and they told me the car I saw was already sold. They told me that if I want the car I'd have to come and make a deposit so I get the car in the next shipment. So I've visited them again on XX/XX/2022 and paid a {$5000.00} deposit and signed couple of papers for the car. I've been told that the car would arrive Friday, XX/XX/XXXX ( " in 3 days max '' was the exact words by the salesman ) the latest. I've followed up with them almost everyday until XX/XX/XXXX, the same answer I get was " it should be on the truck arriving today ''. One thing I forgot to mention was that the VIN number put on the initial contract is different than the actual VIN number of the car I was supposed to get. When I said that to the salesman he said " Oh we will have to redo some paperwork to fix it don't worry ''! So I was sold a car that didn't even exist! On Thursday XX/XX/2022. I went to them and told them I don't want the car since they have been so irresponsible with the paperwork and the promised delivery time. They told me OK and they took my debit card ( the same card I paid the {$5000.00} with ) to accounting office and then gave it back to me and told me your refund should be issued in around 2 to 3 business days. Now I'm writing this on XX/XX/2022, little over a month from the day I was told that the refund will be issued, and still I haven't received my refund. I've contacted them thousands time and I always get ditched. And to make things worse, I see a car loan with Capital One Bank in my name for a car I didn't even purchase!
