Wellsfargo Bank has violated my rights as a consumer that are protected under 15 U.S. Code 1605. WELLSFARGO has mishandled my mortgage debt and has failed me as the servicer of my loan. WELLSFARGO failed to disclose any additional finance charges and escrow amounts within my loan modification. I have been misinformed about all charges and total amount owed on my mortgage. WELLSFARGO has allowed HUD to place an unfounded lien on my property at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX MS XXXX. In doing so I am being robbed of my earned equity in my property. WELLSFARGO has already been found guilty in the past and present of having unlawful practices in regards to their minority consumers. WELLSFARGO alleges that I owe an additional {$56000.00} to HUD whom I haven't signed any nor entered into any credit transactions with, and also state in my most recent pay off letter that I owe WELLSFARGO {$170000.00} as the final payment to clear the title of all claims by them as my loan servicer. The original credit transaction made 12 years ago was in the amount of {$190000.00}. There is no way possible that I as the consumer owe {$230000.00} as of today. Pursuant 18 usc 8 I owe no debts and the title to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX MS XXXX is mine free and clear.
