According to my Experian report, I am in debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX a significant amount ( they are a collections company ), however, when I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX, they were unable to send me verification of the debt for four months! Then sent me a letter stating that they would lower the debt by 50 % after not contacting me for four months. I then sent them a dispute letter asking for 3 documents of verification. They reported the debt to Experian and I disputed with Experian and attached the letter I sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX. After 20 days, XXXX XXXX XXXX puts that the account is mine yet sent no real proof or any of the verification I asked for. Experian is aware of this yet they say all they can do is continue to dispute it or for me to ask XXXX XXXX XXXX to remove it from my report which they refuse to do and also refuse to verify the debt. XXXX already deleted the debt so why is Experian siding with the wrongful collections company, when I as the consumer for Experian, have more proof that the debt is incorrect?
