On XX/XX/2022 account went overdraft by {$49.00}. The account was brought back to positive within 24 hours. On XX/XX/2022 account went overdraft by {$36.00} at XXXX but I brought back to positive balance within a few hours. According to https : XXXX I should be allow to have 24 hours to bring my balance back to positive without being charged with any fee if I didnt overdraft more than {$50.00}. I was charged {$35.00} overdraft fee for both time. Ive reached out to TD bank and they said they cant refund the fee.
