In XXXX my score with Equifax was XXXX. I received some money and immediately payed off/down credit card debt. I also had a old medical debt removed due to age of debt. It is now XXXX and my score dropped to XXXX. When I tried to find out the reasoning in XXXX for my score dropping instead of rising due to the significant decrease of credit card debt, customer service at Equifax said it was due to the " formula '' they used. My score with XXXX XXXX is XXXX and has been in that range since paying down my debt. Please investigate the so-called formula that Equifax uses .
