Multiple charges on my card from an XXXX account that was not my own. Charges at restaurants Ive never attended. Ive contacted the company multiple times and they just say it pending. They sent one letter saying to contact them and then denied my claim. If they truly invested they would see it wasnt my XXXX account that was used. Also was charged {$XXXX} annual fee that was never disclosed to me, when I called to try and cancel the card and refund my fee they refused.
