Over the past month, Equifax has locked me out of my account 5+ times. This has been a huge discrepancy in me being able to access my report and view my score. Every time this occurs, there appears a screen that prompts me to have to CALL into Equifax, which takes another 30 minutes out of my day. This has been a huge inconvenience to my day, my ability to operate in commerce and the reasonable means of accessing my report.
