I am a victim of Identity theft. My social security has been used to open credit cards with XXXX and XXXX XXXX. XXXX has validated that credit cards were opened up with my personal information without my consent. I reported the identity theft to the police and reports were made. I disputed all accounts with all three credit bureaus who continue to report the accounts are negative or charged off. I am requesting the XXXX accounts be removed for all three credit agencies that are reflecting as negative which are indeed not my accounts. The XXXX XXXX account that is also reported as a charge off be removed because that is not my account, that was opened with my personal information that was stolen. Enclosed are copies of the letters I received from XXXX and XXXX XXXX validating my personal information was used to open the accounts without my consent. I am enclosing police reports validating that I am a victim of Identity theft. Please remove all accounts listed on my credit reports pertaining to XXXX and XXXX XXXX.
