I was on online searching for a puppy, when I came upon XXXX XXXX XXXX i sent them {$800.00} through XXXX through money transfer for a puppy. i never received a puppy. he was supposed to ship the puppy the next day. the next day i received an email from a fake shipping company telling me i needed to purchase an electronic crate for {$1200.00} or they would not be able to ship the puppy and I will get it refunded back once the puppy arrives. there contract said all shipping would be handled by them so i forwarded the email to them. he claimed he knew nothing about this and pleaded with me to pay the cost of the crate which i refused. So he said will pay {$600.00} and if I could do the {$900.00} I did and next the shipping people said XXXX would not allow them to fly out without a permit. I declined and said this was a scam and I wanted my money back and he said he was lost money also and that if I could pay for the permit which was {$1800.00} that I would not have to pay for anything else. I immediately contacted my bank and filed a dispute. They told me that my claim was denied due to I authorize the charge and there was nothing for them to do. I am still trying to fight this and get my money back. So far no luck.
