Bank of the West on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX $ Deposited brought available XXXX $ from a XXXX balance. This showed available online. Later the funds were manipulated somehow after I conducted businesses with the available funds of XXXX XXXX Later that evening the funds reversed without any activity and a letter was sent about the error the following day addressing that there was a bank error to no fault of my own. I proceeded as it directed and was refused at the XXXX wells branch by a bank manager who claims she knew what that letter was and didnt want to see it and told me to leave that my account was going to be closed. Secondly in that same month XXXX XXXX came into the account by mobile deposit and XXXX $ came available which I made payment to my auto insurance XXXX XXXX with confirmation number available upon request. The payment was recinded and my account was closed later receiving a statement with no history of the payment. I phoned about it with XXXX XXXX and they could not provide any information.
