Unable to open account with chime online. They kept telling I needed documents to open up account so I send copies of my ID my ss card and proof of address. I nvr got helped they kept telling me someone would remove the block n til this day my account is still blocked I nvr knew wut the problem was. Poor customer service. They could nvr help resolve the problem. Tried to resolve for about 2 months.
