In XX/XX/2022 I received three notices from TD Bank of new accounts opened in my name. I contacted TD Bank and advised them these were fraudulent. I was assured the accounts would be closed. On XX/XX/2022, I received letters that the accounts were overdrawn. I again called to make sure the accounts were closed and TD Bank assured me they would close the accounts. Today ( XX/XX/2022 ) I received another set of letters advising that the accounts were overdrawn. I refuse to call TD Bank AGAIN because it takes an inordinate amount of time to have them return my call and they apparently aren't doing anything to close the accounts. It is ridiculous how easy it is for fraudsters to open accounts and TD Bank is failing at their due diligence to ensure the accounts are legitimate.
